Our Approach
The Ex- En-Ex (Explore-Engage-Express) principle is extensively applied in all our programs. The methodology emphasizes the importance of student engagement and active learning in the learning process. By providing students with opportunities to explore, engage, and express their understanding, we try to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment that supports student growth and development.
Explore
Students are introduced to new places, concepts, and cultures and are encouraged to ask questions and make connections to their prior knowledge and experiences which they might have gathered from the school books or stories. This stage is often done through hands-on, inquiry-based activities.
Engage
Students actively participate in their own learning, often through group discussions, hands-on projects, and other collaborative activities. The goal of this stage is to encourage students to engage deeply with the material and to build a strong understanding of the topic.
Express
students are given opportunities to demonstrate their understanding of the topic through various forms of expression, such as writing, art, or performance. This stage allows students to apply what they have learned, to reflect on their learning experiences, and to demonstrate their understanding to others.
